He brings extensive experience in executive search, specialising in board and executive-level appointments for both global and domestic organisations. Thomas is deeply committed to building strong client relationships and has a deep expertise and interest in Industrial Tech, focussed on interconnectivity, automation, machine learning, and real-time data as tools to transform how businesses operate, grow, and thrive.

With over 15 years of experience, Thomas has successfully led numerous high-profile assignments. He has worked closely with boards and executive teams to build world-class technology leadership, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Transformation leaders, Chief Information Security Officers, Chief Data & Analytics Officers, and their direct reports.

Thomas is globally recognised as one of the leading Executive Search Partners in Digital Technology, having established himself as the ‘go-to’ expert. He leverages his extensive network and is passionate about supporting Women in Technology, CIO and Engineering Forums, Diversity and Inclusion, Mental Health Awareness, and mentoring groups.

Thomas holds a degree in Law from University College London (UCL) and a degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London.
