Michelle founded Holmes Noble in 2005 with a vision to create a challenger brand that delivers high-quality and tailored services. Since then, she has steered the growth and development of the firm, building a reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity.Specialising in board development, Michelle advises on leadership dynamics, succession planning, and talent acquisition at the board level. In her advisory capacity, she actively contributes to shaping boards, working closely with chairs, CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and increasingly CSOs. Michelle works closely with Holmes Nobles’ CEO, who holds a dual role leading the firm’s Board Practice. Michelle’s expertise aids boards and leaders to navigate challenges and opportunities presented by the ever-evolving macroeconomic climate, technological advances such as (AI), and the entire ESG spectrum.She places paramount importance on every dimension of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), recognising its profound impact on organisational success, innovation, and cultural vibrancy.
